To whom it may concern: I’m very happy to write this letter on behalf of Ms. Vanessa Forry. This is not just a sign of gratitude for her wonderful job but also, an acknowledgment to her excellent attitude towards her job and the customers. Vanessa has helped me finding my first estate in the US. I was not very accustomed with the buy/selling system in this country before and, I have to say, I’ve learned something from this experience: the importance of a good real estate agent. Vanessa deeply knew the areas I was interested in and efficiently and quickly set up a list of properties which I might have potentially been interested to. | Last year (2002), when we were moving to Chicago from out of town, we had only a few days to consider the
potential houses, complicated by the fact that we had a only a very general idea of the neighborhoods we
would like to live in, as well as a very long list of specialized requirements of what we would like to have
in a house. Until the day of our arrival, Ms. Forry not only kept us informed of all the houses that fit our
requirements; but was able to suggest minor variations in the requirement that would facilitate the availability
of potential candidates. After a few weeks of correspondence, she had a very sizable selection of houses for
our inspection. We were able to find a lovely house and she facilitated its purchase mostly through long distance communication. Thanks to her, our potentially very arduous long distance relocation was very easy and actually pleasant. | Vanessa (Forry) Falcon is a true professional in every sense of the word. She did her homework on the market conditions for condos in Oak Park and gave me helpful suggestions for maximzing my sales price. She communicated with me every step of the way. Did it work? I certainly think so! Within a week of listing I accepted an offer -- for $100 dollars over asking price. I closed on schedule with no dramas at all.
